Born from understanding that meal planning anxiety is real. We provide chef services and kitchen coaching specifically designed for neurodivergent working professionals, and new parents who want their time and mental energy back.
With 4 years of diverse culinary experience, from opening vibrant cafes to managing food events at Lil Deb's Oasis and coaching home cooks. Chef Brittany knows that the "just meal prep on Sunday" advice doesn't work for everyone. After training at culinary retreats in Portugal and working in fast-paced restaurant kitchens, she had a realization: the people who needed her help most weren't in restaurants, they are exhausted professionals staring into their fridges at 8pm with zero energy left.
That's why she created Neuro Spice World. Chef Brittany understands executive dysfunction, sensory sensitivities, and decision fatigue aren't excuses, they're real barriers. Her approach? Meet you exactly where you are, with zero judgment and real solutions that actually fit your brain.
